Bonus (Weightage) Marks for Contractual ANM Service
As per Rule 15(b), Part-5 of the UP Medical Health & Family Welfare Department’s Health Worker and Health Supervisor (Male & Female) Group Service Rules, 2018, candidates who have worked on a contract basis as an Assistant Nurse Midwife (ANM) under the Health & Family Welfare Department were given weightage marks, subject to a maximum of 15 marks. These bonus marks were added to the written exam score of eligible candidates before preparing the merit list for document verification.

Experience under the National Health Mission (NHM), UP was verified through a QR-code-based digital “Anubhav Praman Patra” (Experience Certificate) generated by the Department under Government Order No. 94/Panch-10-2026 dated 4 June 2026, and the corresponding bonus marks were added on this basis for candidates who claimed ANM contract experience in their online application and appeared in the Main Exam.
