How to Fill the Application Form
- Visit the official UPPSC website.
- Complete your One Time Registration (OTR) at least 72 hours before applying, if you have not done it already.
- Open Advertisement No. A-2/E-1/2026 under “All Notifications/Advertisements”.
- Log in using your OTR Number and authenticate with OTP or your OTR password.
- Your personal details will be filled in automatically from your OTR. You only need to add your educational qualification for the post.
- Click “Submit Details” under Application Part-2, and check your address and preferential qualification details.
- Pay the application fee through SBI MOPS using Net Banking, Card Payment, or another available mode.
- Take a print of the payment slip and keep it safe.
- Check your final application form on screen, then submit it and take a print for your records.

Important Instructions for Candidates
- Each question has 4 answer choices. For every wrong answer, one-third (0.33) of that question’s marks will be deducted as negative marking.
- If a candidate marks more than one answer for a question, it will be treated as wrong, even if one of the answers is correct.
- There is no penalty for a question left blank.
- SC/ST candidates must score at least 35% marks, and candidates from all other categories must score at least 40% marks, to be considered for the merit list.
- Only Black Ball Point Pen should be used to fill the OMR answer sheet. Pencils or other pens are not allowed.
- Applications will only be accepted online. Applications sent by any other method will be rejected.
- Candidates must keep printed copies of their OTR, fee payment slip, and final application form safe for future reference.
