UPSSSC Health Worker Female Document Upload 2026: Upload Documents Till 10 September

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has issued a notice dated 27 August 2026 for candidates under Advertisement No. 11-Exam/2024, Health Worker (Female) Mains Examination, conducted for the Directorate General of Family Welfare, Uttar Pradesh. The Mains exam result for eligibility/document scrutiny was declared on 24 August 2026, shortlisting 10,272 candidates out of a total 5,272 posts. As per the latest notice, these shortlisted candidates can now upload their eligibility and reservation-related documents on the official UPSSSC website. Document upload has started from 27 August 2026, and the last date to upload documents is 10 September 2026. Candidates must complete the upload well before the deadline, as the upload link will be deactivated automatically once the window closes.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Documents must be uploaded only through the official website/prescribed portal, https://upsssc.gov.in. Documents sent by email, post, or in person will not be accepted.
• The upload link will remain active only during the prescribed dates and will deactivate automatically after the last date. Documents received through any other mode after the last date will not be accepted, and candidates who do not upload documents will not be considered for selection.
• Candidates must log in using their registration number for this advertisement, followed by OTP verification sent to their registered mobile number/email ID. Candidates are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their login details.
• Uploaded documents must be complete, clear, legible, and in accordance with the advertisement conditions. Incomplete, unclear, or non-compliant documents can lead to rejection of the related eligibility/reservation claim, and the candidate may be declared ineligible.
• If the details in the online application (name, father’s name, date of birth, category, educational details, etc.) differ from the uploaded documents, a clear and satisfactory clarification must be uploaded. The Commission’s decision on such discrepancies will be final and binding.
• The authenticity, validity, and genuineness of uploaded documents are entirely the candidate’s responsibility. The Commission may verify documents at any stage, and candidature can be rejected for false, invalid, fabricated, or misleading documents.
• The Commission may seek clarification regarding uploaded documents as required, and candidates must produce original documents when asked by the Commission or the appointing authority – failure to do so can lead to rejection at any stage of selection.
• The Commission is not responsible for problems arising from internet, server, or device issues. Candidates are advised to complete the upload process well before the last date without waiting for the deadline.
• No further opportunity will be given on grounds of failure to upload desired documents, inability to modify uploaded documents, personal difficulty, or any other reason.
• Selection-related action for the post will be based only on the documents uploaded by candidates, so candidates should take special/additional care while uploading documents.
• Being declared shortlisted in the eligibility/document scrutiny result, uploading documents, or being included in any stage of selection does not guarantee final selection. The final selection result will be declared in due course.

How to Upload Documents

1. Visit the official UPSSSC website, https://upsssc.gov.in.
2. Open the notice/link related to Health Worker (Female), Advt. No. 11-Exam/2024, document upload.
3. Log in using your registration number for this advertisement.
4. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number/email ID.
5. Check your details on the portal and proceed to the document upload section.
6. Upload your recent coloured photograph as per the specified format and size.
7. Upload all required eligibility and reservation-related certificates (combine marksheet and certificate into a single PDF where applicable, 200 KB to 2 MB).
8. Review all uploaded documents; you may view and modify them until the last date.
9. Agree to the Declaration and enter the verification code.
10. Click the SUBMIT button – the document upload process is complete only after clicking SUBMIT.
11. Use the Print Form button shown after submission to download and print your form for your records.
